In conveyancing transactions you will be given a quote at the outset of this firms legal fee and the estimated outlays involved in the transaction.
If a Title issue arises or a complication arises in the sale or purchase process and additional legal work is needed to resolve the issue, an additional fee arises based on the work involved and the time involved.
This firms fixed fee of €990 plus VAT and outlay applies for a purchase/sale of a residential property up to the value of €400,000.00.
This firms remortgage legal fee of €699 plus VAT and outlays applies to a residential property up to the value of €400,000.00.
If the property is valued above €400,000.00, an additional legal fee arises as follows:
– Additional €250 plus VAT for the purchase/sale of a residential property valued between €400,000.00 and €500,000.000
– Additional €450 plus VAT for the purchase/sale of a residential property valued between €500,000.00 and €600,000.00.
